Terms of Service

By using A2ZHire, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Platform

  • A2ZHire is a marketplace that connects customers seeking services with independent skilled workers. A2ZHire is not the employer of workers and is not a party to the service agreement between customers and workers — we provide the tools for discovery, booking, communication, payment, and dispute resolution.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep your account credentials secure.
  • Workers may be required to complete identity verification. Providing false information during verification may result in rejection or removal from the platform.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Customers pay the agreed price into escrow via Razorpay before work begins. Funds are released to the worker only after the customer confirms the job is complete.
  • A2ZHire charges a platform fee (deducted from the worker payout) on completed bookings. Some community-service categories are fee-free.
  • Workers are responsible for their own taxes on earnings received through the platform.

4. Cancellations & Disputes

  • Bookings may be cancelled by either party before work begins (status Requested or Accepted).
  • If a job is not delivered as agreed, the customer may open a dispute from the booking page. Disputed payments remain frozen in escrow until an admin resolves the dispute with a refund to the customer or a release to the worker.
  • Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith with the dispute process.

5. Conduct

  • Users must not circumvent the platform by taking bookings or payments off-platform after connecting through A2ZHire.
  • Harassment, discrimination, fraudulent listings, fake reviews, or unsafe behavior will result in account suspension or removal.
  • Reviews must reflect genuine experiences from completed bookings.

6. Liability

  • Workers are independent professionals. While we verify identities, A2ZHire does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided, and is not liable for damages arising from services performed by workers.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees earned on the booking in question.

7. Changes

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
