Request a booking

Describe the job, pick a time, and send a request. The worker accepts and you agree on the final price before any money changes hands.

Step 3

Pay into escrow

Pay securely with UPI, cards, or netbanking via Razorpay. Your money is held in escrow — the worker doesn't get paid until you confirm the job is done.

Step 4

Coordinate in-app

Chat with your worker directly in the booking — share details, photos, and updates without giving out your phone number.

Step 5

Confirm & review

Once the job is complete, confirm it to release payment. Leave a review to help the community find great workers.

For Workers

Step 1

Create your profile

List your skills, set your hourly rate, add your portfolio, and define your service area — on-site, remote, or both.

Step 2

Get verified

Our team verifies your profile. Verified workers get a trust badge and rank higher in search results.

Step 3

Accept bookings

Set your weekly availability and accept booking requests that fit your schedule. You're in control of what you take on.

Step 4

Get paid securely

Payment is secured in escrow before you start. When the customer confirms completion, your payout is released to your bank or UPI.

Your money is protected

When you pay for a booking, the money is held safely in escrow — not sent to the worker. It's only released when you confirm the job is done. If something goes wrong, open a dispute and our team will review it and refund you if the work wasn't delivered.
